Really nice people working & good volunteers too! We had some issues making a reservation online but they helped us get the food for a family in desperate need. Exactly what I was trying to do. Overall, it was a great experience with kind people helping feed those in need.

The FRFB does not do direct distribution, instead, it functions as a food hub, stocking local pantries and food programs, throughout the counties of Stafford, King George, Caroline Spotsylvania, the City of Fredericksburg and Locust Grove. This way people can conveniently receive food assistance in their local communities. A list of pantries in each county is provided on our website.

We do partner with Homeless Shelters and local organizations who support Homeless Shelters.
No you are not obligated to provide room n board. Giving food is a blessing to many. Thank you for your service.
Donations can be brought to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank anytime during their operating hours of Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, non-perishable donations can also be left in their Donation Drop Box located in their parking lot during our off-hours. They are located at 3631 Lee Hill Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 off Route 2.
Donations to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank can be dropped off at their location anytime during their operating hours of Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Non-Perishable donations can be left in the Donation Drop Box located outside their entrance during their off-hours.

The food bank is used by food pantries to buy food and then distribute it. You could call the food bank and get a list of pantries with days and times when each are open.
