Pets are not allowed on the trail unfortunately. There is a sign in front that states this. Maybe they want to keep it free from urine and dog poo? I wish I could have taken my dog, but then realized she may come home with many insect bites or fleas so it was better not to.
There is no camping at Crooked River Preserve.
Free parking and yeah the water isn't far at all. There is a bathroom, but no potable water. So that's good to know
There are no cabins at this preserve.
