Love love twisted treats just need more staff

Went here yesterday around 6pm. Was in the drive through with my husband. Had to use the bathroom and went to the window to get a key and was told it was a $5 deposit. I said I don't have $5. She said sorry, can't use it. Seriously! We were in line for ice cream. I had to go extremely bad. Very rude lady. Will not ever go here again because of this. Treat your customers better! You were just plain rude!
