Horrible experience. Scheduled an Oil Change, showed up on time, sat for 2 hours. When had enough waiting, I asked about my truck. I got a response of a Technician got behind, he is pulling in now. We will take care of the oil change for you. I don't want a free oil change, you cannot pay me enough for my time. What you need to do is hire mor proficient people. You have a lot of people sitting in the service desk, doing absolutely nothing. No one asked or suggested to go check and see what's taking so long. When you ask about your vehicle, they look at you like we are bothering them. I will never come back here. I was going to buy another truck, they lost a customer. Done.
