Lived here in Montverde since 2017. Usually reliable trash and recycle collection until the last few months. Earlier this year, recycle collection stopped with no notification. I left the recycle container out for over a month but no collection. During that time, I called Waste Pro and the representative said recycle collection was still operating despite my lack of collection. My in-laws that also live here locally, were skeptical that recycle items collected were actually separated from garbage items after they personally went by the facility and it appeared trash and recycle items were combined. I accepted it and threw recyclable items in the trash. No garbage collection last Friday. Called Waste Pro the following 3 business days and talked to a different representative each time. First day the representative assured me it would be collected within 24 business hours and that recycle collection had been suspended for 30 days but is now back in operation. The next day a different rep acknowledged the previous call and said she would get a supervisor involved and contact me, which never happened. Yesterday, yet another rep assured me that a supervisor had it scheduled to be picked up that day. My garbage continues to mount. When I'm home I see Waste Pro trucks drive by on my busy road fairly often but evidently I'm not on their route. I don't know if they're currently understaffed but there's obviously a breakdown somewhere.
