The club director Mrs. Tracey makes everyone sign an anti-bully policy where it states bullying would not be tolerated at all. My daughter made continuous complaints to the supervisors and even came home hurt. When I finally approached Mrs. Tracey about the situation she told me “those boys are only here twice a week”, she did absolutely NOTHING. I withdrew my daughter from the program to only have Mrs. Tracey argue that she wanted to speak with my daughter alone. I was not going to allow her to pressure my daughter anymore. DCF needs to investigate this place and the way it’s run. The supervisors are aware of many situations and don’t even bother to call the parents to make them aware of what’s going on.
