I would say this location gave us bad service, we sat at the bar and it took 25 minutes before we were acknowledged that we were there. The bartender could not handle all that bar on her own, and she disappeared so it took forever to even leave when we wanted to check out. I wrote corporate twice on this and called the actual location and no response, so buyer beware the service is not the greatest at this location

Jordan was an amazing server! From the moment of walk in, he was welcoming. He made sure our drinks were always refilled. He took great care of us. Ask for him as a server!

I believe I had a discriminatory experience. I sat at the bar and the bartender told me she needed to swipe my card when she took my order. That didn’t make any sense to me because I’ve gone to Bar Louie dozens of times. It’s one of my favorite places and I’ve never had to swipe a card like I was starting a tab. Then she needed my card again when it was time to pay so one of it made sense and it was very upsetting to be treated that way.
