The food service employees at this place are consistently awful and unfriendly. They never apologize or say they are sorry when it's appropriate. How does the manager still have a job? Maybe they can teach their employees the basics of customer service but I guess that's too much to ask? I get that places like this are scraping the bottom of the barrel with their hiring right now but my gosh can you teach your employees how to deal with customers properly? They also often openly use foul language with each other and even in front of kids.

I order online and says it was ready for pick up and when I get here it’s not ready but what surprises me was see a lot of employees talking but only one working on the restaurant part, like you guys don’t care have customers waiting for a simple meal that you can do in 2 seconds
