Hands down this is an amazing community with friendly neighbors and a really nice club house and a golfers dream!!! I’m so happy we bought here I love taking care of my home The sunsets are beautiful

It is a great community with lakes and a golf course in the middle. The people are very friendly and the real real estate prices are reasonable.

Can homeowners in Riviera Golf Estates store a boat in their carport ? I was told you can in Riviera Colony as I’m looking at homes in both communities on Zillow. Thanks Albert

At least one person in the household needs to be over 55 years old.
The board needs to approach The Isles to see if they would have any interest in owning a golf course that could be exclusive to there community meaning they get first tee times and the public fills in the rest

I was told the annex would be open at the clubhouse. I am completely unaware of how many it can hold though.
