Poor service and scheduling errors Went in last week to schedule the installation of a trailer hitch. They confirmed the had the appropriate hitch and scheduled me at 9:00 AM this Saturday - first appointment in since I have to wait. Got there at 8:50 and was told that my appointment was for the following Wednesday, which I never would have agreed to due to my work schedule. I can handle errors pretty well but when a business won't even acknowledge the error with an apology it says that not only do they not train for accuracy to prevent errors, but that they just don't care when they happen. Currently calling to find another company to get my hitch installed in the next few weekends...

I went in to this store this morning on 4/24. I bought 1 wardrobe box for $11.95 and 2 large boxes for $2.29 each. I looked at my bank account this afternoon and there was a charge for $49.93. I called the store and they said they couldn't help me without my receipt. Great! I'm moving. The last thing about is a piece of paper t o track down. 20 the boxes cost over $18 and I was charged $49 93. Unacceptable customer service Will never use them again and I will share my experience with others looking to move.

I was facing two days of tough work. On a hunch I tried a local rental of a U-Haul van. This turned out better than could have hoped. Loaded and unloaded twice; easily. A breeze to drive. The backup camera is a great feature.

This is my first time renting a truck and probably the last with uhaul. I was supposed to pick up my truck TT 4320 E on 10/08/2021 at 8:30pm(which I made it on time), for my horrible surprise that the truck was blocked by 4 more trucks and couldn’t pick it up. This changed drastically my entire moving plans, because of you uhaul? That is the service you give for a $240 service bill?
