Don't try getting propane here. I've tried getting tank refills 3 times and waited a combined 2 hours for service to never show up. One time, an employee did come out but complained to me that I shouldn't ring the service bell. This place is understaffed and unprofessional.

I purchased a pack of 20 boxes, two rolls of tape. The lady who took care of me was nice, however she was by herself trying to take care of 8 customers. One guy outside saw me struggling to get the boxes in my car and did not offer to help. Just walked around in circles

Called ahead to get propane told no problem, went to the store got in the line at the propane tank fill station there was four of us. The attendant then stated they wanted him inside and he went inside, waited over 40 minutes then checked on time and told may be an hour don't know. Talked to the people in line inside they stayed they had been waiting a very long time to be served. All of us at the propane left.

Between riding his electric scooter around you can often find the staff hitting dabs in the black suv often parked in the limited storage parking. The grounds are never maintained and usually covered in snow and ice during winter. For the third time attempting to switch my auto payment to a corporate credit card I was again charged a late fee then the following day the auto payment would go through with the extra fee attached. No one at head office seems to have the ability to do anything and if you bring it up to staff they say "yea. It says you are on auto pay. It shouldn't have charged you. That's weird" then promptly do nothing about it. If you call corporate U-Haul you get disconnected 90% of the time trying to talk to someone that can help, whom by the way cannot do anything without the on-site managers approval (guy hitting dabs in suv I'm pretty sure). Switching to storquest which is cheaper and just a mile away.

Uhaul trucks will not have brake controllers installed in them. Also the towing set up is not adjustable for different heights and only has a 2 inch ball bolted into the back. Sounds like you might need a 2 5/16 set up. If you can imagine most people have never used a brake controller, let alone no what one is. I'm sure the company sees that as a huge liability and won't have anything set up on there trucks like that for the general public.
