My washer was unable to be hooked up as well as my dishwasher, the store had told me that the people installing would have all the parts necessary to hook everything up but they did not. I attempted to call the store 3 times and the phone would not get answered (the phone would hang up after ringing) I also paid quite a bit of money to have these items installed. The best buy help line and the people dropping off the items were helpful, but I would have preferred if the store had told us the truth. These items were open box but we were told there was nothing missing. We were also told any missing parts would be included in the installation fee. I then went back to the store and was told that I needed to call best buy support in order to get a refund. I was also told by the outlet store that they would compensate us for the cost of us having to hire a plumber to do the install for all of the appliances. When I called the number they stated they cannot give a refund since their system is not updated and they do not know when I will get a refund. They then told me they will not compensate me for the plumber, but they would send me a gift card to best buy.

When I got the refrigerator it was was damaged very bad where the cardboard protection was. I haven’t taken off all the plastic because I have to move it to my house but this is ridiculous!!!! I haven’t had a chance to call them to make this right but it seems like they didn’t care one bit about the refrigerator in shipping.

If zero was an option I would rate this store a zero. Absolute worst buying experience of my life. Do not waste your time, take your money else where. No one answers the phone here. If you call they hang up. Another customer in the store at the same time had the exact complaint. My appliance deliver never came during the delivery time, the store hangs up when you call. I had to call Best Buy customer service to get an update. The product was damaged during transit. Next day, no one calls, store doesn’t answer phone. Customer service says I need to go in to the store. The store can’t refund my money because it’s mark as still in transit the next day after no delivery and damage notes. This store is defined taking advantage of their cliental.

You can definitely find good deals at this place. Needed a washer and dryer, looked around at quite a few places before my dad told me about here. And I’m glad I waited and came here before spending $400+ elsewhere for lower quality machines. I did spend probably an hour or so walking around comparing different machines at different price points and trying to find what would work for me and what matched or semi matched. Pro tip: if the display is off for the price on a specific machine, definitely check with an employee because supposedly they’ll shut off the displays at corporate if the price is super low to distract people from buying them and look at other options. You’ll also get $50 off per transaction if you pickup the items yourself. All together I paid around $950 after tax for a brand new dryer still in the packaging and a open box washer, both Samsung, both high end models. Very happy with my purchase. Definitely gonna go back and add the 3 year warranty for $100/machine though. My only complaint is they definitely do not staff this place with enough people like they should. I saw I think 3 people working the entire place while I was there, so when you get 5+ customers in at a time it quickly becomes a pain to get assistance when you’re ready to ask questions or buy a product. And that’s not on the employees, they’re clearly juggling a lot. Not going to lie though, as an introverted person, it’s super nice walking into an appliance store without being bombarded with sales associates trying to push you to buy something, I liked being able to take my time looking at everything before asking for assistance. I do think corporate or whoever is managing this location should look into adding more staff though.

They didn't have cameras when I went. They said they were going to rotate in stock, but they mainly had TVs and appliances.
Yes, they deliver for a charge.
I don't think so. I did see scratched TV's for sale though
