This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff were great and incredibly helpful. My room was very clean and the check-in process was really easy. I also loved that I got to schedule a shuttle time to the airport. I had an extremely early flight and it was nice to know that they would have the shuttle running for me.

Bed was comfy, lobby was nice. Room was overall nice but there was some junk smothered all over a bathroom wall. HARD to miss from cleaning. Makes you wonder if they cared even less when cleaning the rest of the room. The pictures are hard to see but all over the wall.

I come here every year for my birthday month!!! I (5 years) love it here. However, the food for the buffet breakfast is not as fresh as it once was. The crew can’t cook an omelette, pancakes or anything from the grill. The bacon is over cooked and tasted old as if it was reheated, when I would go over to retrieve eggs they are on their phones and never asked if I needed anything. If they would had asked me I would have ask for some fresh bacon, not the bacon-jerky. I ordered a pancake but it was hard, as if it was precooked and then placed in the grill to reheat…please get the old cooks back. 🙏🏽

The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff was friendly also. If you are planning on going to the pool and hot tub, please be mindful of the hot tub. I do believe that the chlorine levels are way too high. The water actually bleached my and my niece's swimming suits. We have since washed them and they still smell like bleach. I have reported this to the Supervisor on duty, but I'm not sure she cared too much. I do hope they action this soon as it could really make someone sick.
