I was upgraded to a suite on the top floor. Very quiet, time were nice although the shower was a little wonky. The hot and cold were reversed and a ledge was installed blocking entrance into the shower. The free breakfast for status members was so-so, pretty typical for Marriotts. But, great overall stay. Would return.

Booked this hotel and day of the reservation, my flight was canceled (an evening flight) with no way to get to Denver. After calling and explaining the situation, I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. No refund, no credit, nothing when there was physically no way for me to be in Denver that night. Sent all the proof to the hotel and spoke with an extremely rude manager who would not budge and made me pay for the stay. Will avoid booking Marriott as a result of this experience.

I am a titanium elite member and stay in Marriott hotels all over the US. This was the lowest quality Marriott I've ever experienced, the hotel is dated, the staff couldn't be bothered and although I contacted the customer service line and let them know of my concerns the manger has not reached out. I only gave 2 stars for the staff at the bar in the evening. The front desk and staff at the bar for breakfast was terrible. When I checked in I asked what time I could get coffee in the concierge lounge in the morning I was told it's closed BUT here is a voucher for free breakfast and coffee, worth $20, or I could decline the voucher and get additional points instead (should have done that!). The next morning I just wanted to get coffee at 7 am and planned to come back and eat breakfast a little later. NOPE, you can't do that. You can only get coffee with your breakfast. HUH? So I opted to just pay for the coffee and planned to come back and use the voucher for breakfast after I showered and got ready for the day. I stopped to let the front desk person know I didn't think that was right to have to pay for the coffee when I have a voucher for free breakfast which includes coffee, she said they can only use the voucher once...what does a cup of coffee cost the hotel? 5-10 cents, would it have been so difficult to just let me get a cup of coffee and come back for breakfast when I was ready? Thanks for being an elite member. The shower was warm at best and it alternated from warm to cold. I let it run for a very long time thinking the temp would regulate but that never happened. If there is no hot water in the shower how is there hot water in the kitchen? How are they washing and disinfecting dishes and utensils in warm water? I didn't get breakfast, I got ready and happily drove away and I will never return to that hotel. I was going to request the points for the unused voucher when the manager called to discuss my concerns but that never happened. Stay at the Courtyard, at least there you know you are paying for your coffee and I bet their showers are hot.

This used to be a nice hotel. Full service with a concierge lounge. Now it’s just an old hotel with no amenities. I stay here often but time to move on. Every time I take a shower it goes between hot and cold and hot and cold while you’re in the shower. They charge for parking, recently, even though it’s a big open lot with plenty of room. They say it’s because now they have cameras and security but it’s just a big empty lot. Popcorn ceilings. Old decor. So many hotels right in this immediate area. The people who work here are very nice. But I’d give this one a pass as there’s much nicer hotels in the immediate area. It’s just old and not been kept up with. It’s nothing special anymore. And $12/day for parking is the final straw for me with no concierge lounge and no regular housekeeping.

This location has great staff and management so talk to them and I'm sure they will accommodate you.
10 min walk
I believe it runs from 7AM to 10PM
That should not have happened!
They have a shuttle. They usually have pnf rates. Just use the code pnf to see if one is available or call.
