The only person who works there that was pleasant to deal with was the lady taking care of breakfast. The front desk people weren't very welcoming. The building itself was clean and well maintained, however they were remodeling so it was a bit rough looking on the inside. The pool water was murky and WAY over chlorinated; same goes for the hot tub. We were in the pool area less than an hour because it was burning our eyes. Good location. A large variety of food places to deliver to you on Uber eats. Truck stop right next door. Airport shuttle that runs on a consistent schedule.

The bed was clean, rooms are large. Other than that the hotel smelled like mildew, very strong odor. We were barely able to sleep because of the people walking up and down the hall at all hours. The airport shuttle runs regularly, but don't expect a comfortable ride. All in all, not the absolute worst place I've stayed but it's definitely worth it to pay a little more and not deal with the issues they have there.

honestly im VERY disappointed by how many people came online to bash this place for one issue per review. the shuttle service was absolutely EXCELLENT, even with a VERY busy airport AND hotel, the shuttle driver not only came out of his way to turn around and pick us up when we made a mistake, but also, he offered to take us to EXTRA places. places that are NOT included in our stay. this tells me that ANYONE having an issue with their shuttle, was just unable to follow basic instruction. when we walked in, we were immediately greeted by MULTIPLE workers. gorgeous younger lady at the front desk was nothing short of helpful. the room DID have three pillows on the king bed, which i saw was SUCH a concern to others….. i don’t see the issue, as they easily cover the entire bed. maybe if you’d like to sleep in an upright position? but there’s a couch if you’re THAT incredibly needy. I truly can’t find a bad word to say about this place. read the reviews don’t just look at the rating, because EVERY review i have read is either completely inaccurate or just downright ridiculous. What a refreshing surprise. The front desk staff were pleasant, very helpfully, friendly, and professional. The room was clean and nicely set up. The breakfast bar was good also. Food was hot and fresh. Everything was clean and looked welcoming. A couple of things that kept me from marking 5 stars. The ice machine on first floor was not working , the GM or. Franchise owner, which ever he was needs to take and step back and watch how pleasant his staff are. Then follow there lead. Overall very nice stay.
