Took a buddy over to Kia to meet with Luke C. and couldn't of had a better experience in buying a new car than from him. 100% professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Just took in my 2016 Kia Sorento because my engine splash shield came off. Instead of making it a hassle and charging me for labor/parts, they re-secured it very quickly AND for free. I couldn't ask for a better service, and I will come to them for services from now on!

I called about a car and went into the store. The seller was very pushy, when he thought I would be the car he was nice but when I said I had to think about it he was kind of rude. I know they want their comission but customers have the right to think about the offer and if it works or not. They also said they would not run a credit with the banks until I said yes I want to buy the car, they ran the credit with the banks anyway (so disrespectful). It was not a good experience, I felt very pressured.

Went with a friend to buy a car. Had a wonderful experience with Gail R here at the North 48th location. She was friendly, fun and easy to work with! Had such a great experience that I am looking forward to coming back with my daughter. I feel like we got a great deal on a great car today. I was excited to come here today and have her LEAVE WITH A CAR TODAY. Thanks Gail for wonderful car buying experience.

If I am correct 5×114.3 is the lug pattern for your soul, so it should be easy to look and see what other vehicles have that same pattern. I'm pretty sure that is a popular lug pattern... Good luck.

If this is your UVO unit you're talking about you should be able to do that through the unit itself if not take it back to your Kia dealer and they can do it for you or explain to you how to do it I have also found several YouTube videos to help with my questions on our new Seltos.
