I ordered a pair of walking shoes. I received the shoes today! I ordered a size 7! your message states that you sent size 9 US! When I finally received them, they were size 8 US! I'd hate to send them back. The shoes are wonderful, but my feet slide in them, and will likely give me sore heels! I can't use them! What can I do? order #8867539

I need good quality shoes for my job, as I am standing and walking all day. Previously I have blindly picked out shoes from places like Famous Footwear and DSW, not really knowing what to look for. However, when I went to Brown's, the salesperson was able to quickly identify the type of shoe I needed based on how my feet rotate naturally, and I feel good about the pair I walked away with. If you want good service and expertise, go here instead of a big chain shoe store.

I tried to give them zero stars. Incredible experience - I ordered a pair of shoes, they called on Wednesday to tell me that they arrived, I let them know I would be in on Friday. Came in on Friday and they told me that they sold them to someone else! Lucky for that person! Best to shop somewhere else. Brown’s did call me back 5 days later to offer a 50% discount to reorder the same shoes that I ordered before but they they decided to sell to someone else. Actually, it was too little to late, they were content to let me leave that day with a snicker, their offer is not about customer care, if they were sincere and cared about customers, they would have taken immediate action the day the issue arose. Poor management-it’s only about the fast buck at this place, you’re just a number.
