We have absolutely loved our time with Ada Vet Hospital. They have cared for my mini dachshund with such caring and gentleness. I always feel so safe and assured when we are there. Some veterinary clinics I’ve seen overprescribe and recommend unnecessary treatments just to earn an extra buck, but I never feel swindled here. They always present us all our options and any risks and are respectful of our choices. We’ve also had dental work performed here and they were so caring and professional with my scared pup. The receptionists are wonderful and always remind us when it is time to come back. I love the little ID cards they give us with a summary of my dog’s vaccination record and a reminder of when to come back to update them. We have sadly moved away but I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone searching for a new vet.

Way good! All the staff were super friendly and sweet. Very quick too. Blood work and treatment for ears, in and out 35 minutes maybe.

Dr. Betts and his staff are wonderful. I've taken my 2 dogs and 1 cat to Dr. Betts three times over the last year. Each time, is the same. Wonderful, helpful staff. Relaxed atmoshere. And Dr. Betts is absolutely the best! Mild mannered, sincere, caring, and knowledgeable. The charges are very reasonable. Overall great!

Never in a million years would I recommend this place, i have no idea what they did to my pup since they enacted their covid rules but he used to be happy to go to the vet. Now he’s absolutely terrified. Shaking in the lobby and fighting/resisting to not go into the exam rooms, further more their staff are like used car salesmen trying to get you to buy everything possible, I would not trust them to give you a straight answer
