I have been charged every month for over a year at this location. I signed up online, I never even made it to the gym 1 time before I was relocated for work. A entire year I've paid for a black membership and never used it. And it's IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. in order to cancel a membership you have to close your bank account and open a new one. Why? Because they expect me to travel 1500 miles TO THE EXACT LOCATION in person to cancel. I will be fighting a legal battle with planet fitness and this location specifically. BBB is involved, and so are the authority's because I've already told them they are no longer allowed to charge my card. 11 months later and they still hit it every month. This is gross negligence and dishonest business practice.

The nastiest planet fitness I’ve been too, it is definitely not the employees fault. That place was a reflection of the people of Boise 🤮🤢🤢 toilets not flushed, paper towels on the floor, shower trash on the floors. They did have hot water though, I saw a review that said they didn’t.

Only included with a black card membership which I think is $21 a month
There was two originally and one if them closed. They are building one on the West end if the valley now.
Black card members can bring one guest every visit
The staff cleans on a regular basis the locker rooms are kept clean and well maintained but the people using the equipment don't always wipe it down when they are done. Best bet is to wipe it off before you use it
I've seen many parked at night there but closer over to the US Bank building. Parking lot is pretty bare at night so I don't see a problem 😃
Hey Brian! Thank you for your interest in our Planet. We do have showers at our club.
Yes there is always staff, even at 2am or 9pm. The doors are always open you just have to use your key to scan in at the desk. If it's not your "home gym", meaning the one you enrolled at, they have a paper sign in sheet you use at other locations.
You have to be over 13 and accompanied by an adult
Yes lots of treadmills and ellipticals. The training is with one consistent person, no extra fees. It's not necessarily like a personal trainer to have with you all the time... but they'll spend as many sessions with you as needed to help you get some routines set up (customized to your goals). Great value!
I was told yesterday may 21 they are planning to open atleast 1 more by the end of the year
Minimum of 13 and you'll need supervision. Over that you can be there on you're own
They've adopted the discriminatory practice of not accepting cash for anything.
They do not have personal trainers that are certified to assist people with complications such as heart failure. That would be something you would need to go thru a rehabilitation center (St.Lukes rehabilitation center). I myself have congestive heart failure w/and ICD. I have been with PF gym for 2 yrs now. Great, relaxed atmosphere and great equipment that will help you start to make a better life for yourself. - They do have hydro massage tables, that are very good for blood circulation. You will never need to wait for a treadmill. And the have a room that is seperated from the rest of the gym, that is for full body 30 min workouts. Hope this helped.
No unfortunately there isn't daycare. But, you gotta prove to them you didn't need their acknowledgement anyways. 'Day' never cared about you. 'Daycare' only about themselves. This is a selfish world out here. You gotta be tough to survive out here In the world. Show everyone you are the master of 'day' universe. Until then only will they 'care'.
Yes so they have what's called a black card membership. It's 19.99 a month and it allows you to use any planet fitness in the Nation. It also gives you access to tanning, massage chairs, red light therapy, and hydro massage beds. You will also be able to bring a friend with you every time you go workout, for free.
Basic membership is $10 per month with a $29 startup fee and $39 annual fee. Black Card membership is $21.99 per month, usually $0 startup fee and $39 annual fee. Cancellation fees might apply and, depending on where you are, membership fees may vary.
