We were driving through town from Denver to Chicago and was experiencing a possible engine trouble. Check engine light on and running rough. Jeff Manzanares and the service guys were nice enough to look at in it right away to see what was wrong. Turned out the last oil change we had done before we left, they didn't tighten down everything when done and connections were coming loose, causing our problem. They fixed it quickly, washed our car and sent us ("Thelma and Louise") back on our way at no charge to us. Wish we lived closer to this dealership. They would be our First choice in dealerships!! Thanks to all who helped.

I just re-leased a 2022 Jetta and Will was so helpful and amazing. He made the entire experience so easy and fun! He was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back! And ask for Will! He's amazing!

I'm furious. I came in for an alignment because my car pulled right and vibrated at higher speed. Alignment done. Car still pulls right and vibrates at higher speed. My 13 month old tires with 18,000 miles on them are worn out they say. Their own spec sheet said it still wasn't fully aligned but it was "close enough" to not matter. Second issue was no heat which I knew was just a clogged heater core, common issue on my car. They said the engine was running cool. I'm glad I told them exactly what to do because they said it was a 2.5 hour thermostat replacement. Car runs at 190 degrees on the dash. Never going back.

Tried to work with Schworer on an ID.4 lease, and they would not budge on their inflated money factor. They are marking up their interest rate and charging the consumer over $2000 more over the course of the lease. I understand the current market, but this is terrible practice that hides the true price from the consumer. I would watch the numbers closely, and get a few other quotes from other dealers just to confirm they are inline with others. The sales, and finance people are nice to talk to but still.
