I was not happy with my experience. I waited a long time and then when I was seen it was very rushed and I ended up being misdiagnosed. Went to patient first the next day to find out I had something completely different (which I suspected I had)

I went on a Saturday afternoon. I was very happy I got an appointment but it was an extremely long experience.. there was only one nurse on staff I believe and I had 4 people in front of me. I was probably at the place for 3 hours. BUT the service was great. Very professional and super helpful. Maybe it was the day and time that I was there that made the process ridiculously long.

The staff and my provider were friendly, helpful, and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Is there a female dr,pa, or np on staff treating gyno issued?

There are multiple female providers to treat various acute gyn issues. There are male providers as well (which also treat acute gyn issues), however, if a female provider is your preference Id suggest just calling them and asking which provider is there at that time. I believe with online check-in you may also be able to see which privider is there before you go, as well as the current wait time and ability to complete registration/ check-in online and pick your desired appt time from the available slots, it really does save time and you can communicate via text if your running late and have 2 change time as well as stop in an officially sign in an if you still have a slight wait you can opt to have them text you when they're ready ir as a reminder of your appt time if you wanted 2 run an errand while waiting.
