09.14.22 from 9:00pm-9:12pm I just stood at your registers in your lobby and was completely ignored. Multiple employees walked past me with out acknowledging me. Nobody said they would be with me in a moment. Nothing. No acknowledgment. The store was not busy. People were not rushing around. There was 1 car in the drive thru. I just walked out after the guy came from the back, looked at me, got himself a drink, and then went back to standing where I could see him do nothing. Management please check the cameras and address this with your staff. I was wearing a black shirt and black jeans. This experience was wild. Like I was invisible. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will be contacting either corporate or your franchisee.

Waited forever for the food. Fries and burgers were cold. Drinks also watered down. Terrible service. Also could hear the girl talking through the headset in the drive through speaker
