Let me start by saying, I love Newks. With that being said, I HATE restaurants that are dirty (sticky floors, gross bathrooms, messy tables, over flowing trash cans, water dripping off the bathroom sinks, paint peeling off walls, employees running their hands through their hair then serving food, dirty walls, etc.) Employees needs to spend time cleaning and not just standing around doing nothing. This location needs attention.

I don’t understand how a restaurant doesn’t have ketchup? And a Turkey sandwich with (dry processed meat and just 2 slices), avocado (3 pieces) and a skimpy portion of coleslaw for &13 and change is too much, even in todays economy. Needless to say my last visit to your “eatery”.

Our visit to Newk's was a pleasant surprise. I would suggest looking at the menu on-line before going, so you can see how good the dishes look, and know what you want before you get there. The menu on the wall does not do it justice. The sandwiches were served warm with on a delicious roll/bun. Mac and cheese very good. Our only problem was that the staff was like a bunch of zombies; not very friendly. Not rude, but not friendly. Some customer service training might be in order.
