They're ok until they're not. Very defensive when it comes to their customer service resolution skills. I find this common amongst most small chain non corporate establishments. As per my experience and most other reviews with 1 star in regards to the contract they could train staff to explain all the major parts at signup and send an email copy of the contract for your review immediately. When attempting to give a positive suggestion they have a whatever tone. They get mouthy when you give your review online. Almost like only expecting positive feedback only. They don't care. But Why should they I guess they have you hooked by a contract with your credit in the balance of their policy never mind that they don't email or provide a copy to you upon sign up. Anna and Lexi's classes are great though. Read your contract and don't be avoidant and I suppose they're much better. Also don't be late ever 🤦‍♀️ or money down the drain. 🇺🇸

OMG! Bungee with Bree was the bomb! She explained everything and was patient as I learned the ropes. So much fun. I’m 63 and was able to do a front flip because she explained it so well. It feels so good and isn’t hard on your joints. Just the best experience. Don’t hesitate, you will love it.
