There are people who are hiring people to cut their trees and bushes. Then they illegal dumping, which causes the company not to be able to get the actual customers. The people who are hired are supposed to clean up their yard waste, it's not for all garbage companys to do. With this it causes them to have full trucks quicker and they are also short on drivers.
