10/10. Awesome experience. Our boat driver found 3 pods of dolphins for us!! Wear a hat that you can pull tight - a baseball cap will fly right off. Also get there early to nab the seats in the back to get the views of the dolphins.

Our family of eight wanted to take a tour and the boat was undergoing maintenance. It wouldn't be back until Wednesday (we leave on Tuesday). I noticed on TripAdvisor they got bad reviews for their customer service. I rated it four stars because although we didn't get to go, they returned our phone call, just to let us know the boat was out of commission. Pretty commendable! We will definitely be taking this tour the next time we come to the area! Thank you!

Just fyi its a 1.5 hr ride around the island... Dolphins were awesome but over withing the first 45mins. The rest of the tour was a bit dull with much of the info being about how expensive all the waterfront houses are.
Not sure there is really a better time of year. Time of day yes, morning are a bit better due to the heat factor in summer. I must add that although it is worth the ride, smaller children may not enjoy it as much. It can get quite loud.

You can call for an exact estimate, but be ready for Disney-esque prices. If the quote they give you is out of your price range, I would recommend the Tarpon Bay kayaking experience. Beautiful, physically engaging, fun, and they do guided tours so you will learn a bunch. The Thriller is truly a great time (give or take the random radio-derived music which can break the experience a bit. If you do go, get there early and hold your ground by the boat. They let you seat yourselves so you will want the best seats. Also dont wear any hats you aren't okay with losing. The wind will get intense at points. Have fun on that beautiful island, and if you spend time looking, you can find dolphins right off the beach without any boat required 😉
