Please fix the attractions. We've waited over a month and our two favorite parts are still closed. Also, having only 1 to 3 shredded dodgeballs doesn't cut it. Edit. Still not fixed several months later. Machines are far from calibration. 2 dodgeballs again this visit when there should be 10+.

Always quite busy and loud. Under staffed. But, still fun. Worh the membership I'd you've got a wiggly kid on your hands!

The facility is extremely dirty and filthy. Nothing is cleaned and the floors are always wet. Kids constantly slipping.

please take my money! Concession stand now 3rd visit here over 40 min wait. Hire more help.or close it down. Ridiculious and for what stuff costs here, please take my money. Not returning to this location anytime soon

You do not need reservations. You can reserve private rooms or tables. But if you are just jumping with a few kids no need.
Depends on how much time you want to stay and how many obstacles you want to do.
