Smoking isn't appropriate in public spaces
On the Boat, you have no Time to smoke. ;-). Before you start, you will find a place to smoke. But there is no really beach.
Don't really know if it's prohibited, however, I would think it might not be a good idea if there are other people around. No one was smoking around us when I was there.
