I visted this location 3 years ago. I came down with the flu. The staff and Dr were very patient and kind. The Dr had some of the antibiotics and cough medication Ineeded. I will go back if I ever need to go again.

Awful experience. Waited nearly 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for my daughter with an ear infection. Script was sent to cvs who was out and i was told it would easily be sent to the island pharmacy. It wasn't. Dr was too busy to check on it and he had inadvertently sent it to cvs 2x. Went back to clinic to get the written script for the pharmacy and staff treated us abrasively and with absolutely no urgency as the pharmacy was closing in minutes. Took another 20min for the dr to address the situation - island pharmacy had closed and so he made us go back to cvs for a different medication. If u can avoid it go off island for help. It'll be faster and you won't be treated like an inconvenience.

Dr. Schmidt was thorough and knowledgeable. I have not had good luck with any primary doctors down here until I met him. He made the drive worth it to come down from north fort myers.

Called at opening and was told to come at 10:30, arrived early to check in and was told no more appointments were available... Very unprofessional and would have gone somewhere else. Office staff was not very helpful or caring about the situation.

No. They treat opiod addiction with suboxone. Methadone treatment can only be treated at a facility licensed to treat patients with methadone.

I have asthma and plan to come to Sanibel next week. Is the red tide still affecting breathing? Would wearing a mask help prevent breathing problems.
