If I could rate this place with a negative star rating I would. The owner is very rude and seemed to be under the influence when confronted about the cold food and poor service from the staff. I definitely do not recommend.

Visited this place for dinner with my Wife, she had the Rib Eye Steak and I had the buttermilk fried chicken. Both were delicious & came with equally delicious Scalloped Potatoes! We took advantage of the beautiful covered outdoor seating here, and while it didn't rain when we went, this place may be the best place on Sanibel if you prefer to sit outside since even if it rains you are completely covered. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants on Sanibel now.

We had the most wonderful lunch today at Cips! We were welcomed by the manager and waitresses were wonderful. The food was great. This is the place to spend an afternoon outside on the porch for a fantastic relaxing lunch. We will be back!!!!

Yes they will I believe they have a fixed menu though definitely call and make a reservation seasons here for just one more week but it's going to be busy one

If in sanibel you must go to cops. Best service and food. Try cups chips..AMAZING
We do love our furry friends, however at this time we only allow service animals at our dining establishment.
