If I could leave less than one star I would!! Very sarcastic, UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE person I’ve dealt with in a while! I called to make a reservation TWO MONTHS in advance (which in itself was a painful situation) and when I tried to touch base 4 days prior he was dismissive and told me he doesn’t control the weather and was extremely rude! I just wanted an update is all! I am traveling 4hrs for this ride and need to make accommodations- all he had to say was I can know with more certainty closer to the day but yes, you’re confirmed etc… DO NOT RECOMMEND this sarcastic, unprofessional sorry excuse for a man!

I would like to take me and my wife for a balloon ride. We will be staying at the Lake Side Inn in Mt. Dora. Can you launch from that location? what is the best time of year to schedule that type of flight?
