Thankfully, I've never had to wait too long to see the dr, maybe 10-15 min. All the staff is always is alway polite and very kind. The hygienist and dentist walk me through everything they did and kept checking with me to make sure I'm ok.

After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, (and after 2 patients who arrived after me were called in) I was told they weren't able to help me because the office to verify my dental insurance was closed. I was then asked if I wanted to just pay for my services out of pocket. I've had my appointment for weeks and filled out my new patient registration forms 3 days in advance. My appointment time was at 4:30pm. Why wait until the day of to verify my insurance if my appointment was so late in the day?

The hygienist was great. The lock down was a bit stressful yesterday but the sherif and staff were very professional.

I am pretty sure they do not do oral surgery on site, they refer you to an oral surgeon elsewhere

We do accept insurance offered through Disney. We have a lot of Disney and Universal employees that come to us!
