This place is a joke ! Needs to be shut down! Manager and employees are to busy laughing and joking around while there’s a line of people waiting to place their order . The cooking oil must be a year old because the fries were brown. Their soda machine is not working.

According to your comment "as usual they put on....." this is an issue you have had repeated experience with. I suggest that you emphasize you're special request and double check your receipt whether your request has been documented, otherwise the food preparers wouldn't know. This way you also have proof that you did in fact order it that way. Stay near the counter to wait for replacement order, this way your presence serves as a reminder to the personnel that an order of still missing. You should occasionally inquire about your order. Keep in mind that this is McD, not a 5 star resto. No excuse though, to wait 1/2 hr for a replacement order.
