Just left there with my son. I ordered him a mighty kids meal with a “plain” mcdouble cheese burger. Well as usual they put the ketchup and onions on it. So i go in to exchange it & after a half hour i had to request it again.

According to your comment "as usual they put on....." this is an issue you have had repeated experience with. I suggest that you emphasize you're special request and double check your receipt whether your request has been documented, otherwise the food preparers wouldn't know. This way you also have proof that you did in fact order it that way. Stay near the counter to wait for replacement order, this way your presence serves as a reminder to the personnel that an order of still missing. You should occasionally inquire about your order. Keep in mind that this is McD, not a 5 star resto. No excuse though, to wait 1/2 hr for a replacement order.

Yeah they always mess up our order when we go there too and they never put our coffee together properly in the morning I think they need a new manager someone is more organized
