I love when I walk into the library and I see a cop being used as security. Unfortunately it's sad that we live in such a crazy society, but it makes me feel much safer. I also like when I see cops sitting in certain areas to watch for speeding drivers. Too many people speed in our community so that's also a safety issue. Nonetheless I like to see a police presence. Thank you for your service!

I live in a condo/townhouse development. There's been conflict betw. neighbors sharing a wall, involving accusation of excess noise by young children before 11 pm. City ord. doesn't really define "excess." What are rights of the parties? Tnx
