If I could give negative stars I would I took my cat there just for his rabies booster and to get his ears looked at because they were a little itchy and by the time I got home and realized there was something wrong with my cat after it took them some time to get him back into his crate we realized that they were so rough with my cat that they broke his jaw And now he needs surgery just to correct it they do not care about the animals that they get money for All they are worried about is making money I wouldn't recommend them to my worst nightmare

I have only a few months experience with this clinic, as I have recently moved to Maryland, but the vet and staff have been more then welcoming to my cats. Tragedy struck with my precious girl Josie when she had mouth pain. They examined her and found a mass. Even though their biopsies were scheduled out months away they made sure to squeeze her in within a week. Unfortunately the biopsy came back as cancer. My poor sweet girl had to be put down, my heart may never recover, but the staff was extremely supportive and sympathetic. Although my experience so far has been tainted with grief, I highly reccomend this clinic as they are very aware of emergencies and treat their patients and family quickly and kindly. Rest in peace my sweet girl. We will miss you forever.

MISERABLE. I had a an appointment today at 9:40am. We figured we'd get a early appointment to avoid waiting. Not so. I had the displeasure of waiting 40minutes PAST my appointment time before I called and told them I was leaving. (38min, really. I called and told them I'd be 3-4min late due to an accident - "not a problem", Ricki said.) Now, I don't go often as it's usually my wife, but the last three times I've been here, I've had the displeasure of waiting between twenty minutes to an hour before being seen. This is a common occurrence, for me. I don't know(and really don't care) what the issue is, but it's not COVID related anymore. If you can't take appointments and STICK TO THE TIMES, you need to extend appointment times, Hire MORE people, or set expectations on the phone when you talk to people. You clearly don't respect people's time, or schedules. An appointment for a shot should NOT take this long. This isn't the first time we've had issues. I'm not sure if it's -us- that has the problem or what, but we're nothing but pleasant when we arrive or deal with this branch. But every dang time, just as the sun rises, we get to wait exorbitant amounts of time. Pre-Covid, they were "alright", which is why you get 2 stars. I think we're going to consider a competitor; This is not how you run a business. To the person responding - You need to bring this to the attention of the actual owner of the business. I'm CERTAIN I'm not the only person with this issue. Edit: 8 months later and my wife scheduled and appointment for a new dog. Appointment set for 2:20pm. 3:29 pm they took her in. You guys absolutely need to get your act together. Reduced to one star.

Doctor Hubbard and her staff are always wonderful with all my dogs. They were great to fit us in when my dog was stung by an insect that same day.
