They tried to charge me for an emergency room visit when I went in for a COVID-19 test. I ended up paying $30 which I shouldn’t have paid anything, even though I have insurance it’s supposed to be free. They did the rapid test and the test to send away, my rapid test came back negative and I never heard from them again. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return.

DO NOT GO HERE. At minimum this place is dangerous. There was NO soap in any dispenser, no hand sanitizer, they are not following any Covid precautions- they let everyone put their used pens in a cup without sanitizing them, they brought me into a room before it was even cleaned, they didn’t comply with HIPAA by closing doors and respecting patient privacy which led to me overhearing and even recoding the person up the halls personal info. The dr appeared virtually which wasn’t mentioned prior to the visit, no one checked my ears, throat or anything. The dr asked me what was wrong with me which led to me self diagnosing myself with a sinus infection which, I have no idea if that’s what’s wrong. They brought the Covid positive patient and I out to the waiting room together at the same time then sent me back. She gave him his papers then called me out to hand me mine and never once sanitized her hands in between interactions. The medical board has been contacted and sent all the videos and photos from my visit. I was terrified after leaving that I was bringing home who knows what to my kids after being there. Absolutely everything violation was documented with proof because this place is absolutely dangerous.

Waited a long time to take the covid test and even longer for my results to come back which I am still waiting for! The cleanliness of this care facility was horrible there was no soap in the bathroom to wash peoples hands after they used the restoom nor hand sanitizer in any of the hand pumps, during this pandemic those types of things are unacceptable I would not recommend this facility to anyone they are not clean or sanitary!

I am posting this again, as they have had my honest review of my experience at this facility deleted. On Christmas day I severely burned my hand (3rd degree). I called prior to going there for treatment, and was told there was no wait and to come to the office. I was there within 10 minutes and there was no one else there. The staff member at reception was very friendly and helpful, as it was my dominant hand I burned and she assisted me with check-in. I waited for 30 minutes when the doctor came out and began snapping at her. He said he was going home and would not return for a few hours. She tried to explain to him that I was hurt and had been waiting. He looked at me, rolled his eyes and stormed out. The doctor at this place is cruel and a disgrace to healers. He is unprofessional to the staff and lacks compassion for patients. It might be helpful to address the lack of leadership causing so many poor reviews instead of trying to silence them.
