I can’t believe anyone here is giving this place a bad review. It’s quiet (most people here are old) it’s extremely safe many officers live in the complex, and extremely cheap. By far the best value apartments in the area. Been here for 2 year. It’s fantastic. I loved the old management and the new management. Seriously bear complex I’ve ever lived in…. Only negative is building is kinda old.

I moved from Virginia to be closer to my son. This was the apartment complex that he and his wife chose for me. They looked at several but this was by far the very best, the most important thing was the safety for me. I am truly in love with Lyn Terrace the staff is wonderful, they try and make your life happy. When you read reviews please take in account there are two sides to every thing, some people you just can’t please.

Management is very disrespectful to everyone. She stands in front of office with no mask . But she will drive her golf cart around and tell people they have to put there mask on also needs to wear inside. Tried going in office with my son and she refused to talk with me in there. So I tried going in after she locked the door and would not let me in and cracked the window like I was a treat. Asked for her for her bosses number she said no not getting it. Shame on her management
