Found Palm Beach wellness by doing some research on primary care physicians in my area, and I’m so glad I did! I saw John the PA for my annual physical and he was great! Dr. Dudley popped in to introduce himself as well which I really appreciate as a patient. All the staff was very friendly. They even have their own lab on site so you can do your annual bloodwork when you’re done with your appointment. Super easy and results came back the next day! Made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions, thank you!

Let me start this off by saying Tahseen Silva is great! She is the nurse practitioner there. She is wonderful and very attentive. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. Multiple problems while making appointments. They always have a nasty attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. I even called the office manager to speak with her about it but never received a call back. It’s unfortunate that a great nurse practitioner has such a horrible front desk staff and more than likely steers people away from wanting to come back.

Condescending attitude is not appreciated. Dont talk to people like they are children. The idea that you would tell a patient "I dont have time, "I dont have 20 minutes to speak to your insurance company to tell them why you need a scan", is deplorable. Im also a medical professional. Our jobs include be advocates for our patients.
