The entire Team from 'Intake to Evaluation to Treatment to Follow-up' were Outstanding!!! All Team Members were Kind, Knowledgeable, Thorough, Respectful and Professional!!! Notable mentions include but are not limited to the following: -Amira in Reception - who did my Initial Intake & Preparation for Treatment - was kind, diligent and consistently followed up with me to ensure that I would know what to do and expect regarding the Evaluation, Treatment plan and Follow-up. She made sure I received all of the necessary the information - via the Treatment Education Packet - to optimally position me for a successful treatment outcome. Amira was absolutely Phenomenal!!! -Daniel who did the Initial Inspection was kind, thorough, patient and informative regarding educating me on the Lifecycle of the Insects and Rodents... and what safety measures I could take that would empower me to control, minimize and/or prevent re-infestation. Daniel was Awesome!!! -Eleni who did my Initial Treatment, as well as the Follow-up Evaluation and Treatment, was Phenomenal!!! She was extremely thorough, kind and professional taking every measure to ensure the eradication of the current Pest problem. Singh who accompanied Eleni on the initial treatment visit was also Excellent!!! -Other Team Members that were wonderful and instrumental in the process for ensuring the Treatment, timely follow up and proper billing were Fran, Sandra, Aaron & Gil. This is the second time I used this company for a pest problem. Both times they we Phenomenal and resolved my Pest issue!!!
