We contacted Alpha to deal with a bed bug problem in our apartment. In the end, our building agreed to cover the expense through their own supplier, so we couldn't go with Alpha. Still, I felt I had to write a review as the guys were really great; responsive, kind, friendly, and I was disappointed that we couldn't go with them in the end! I can't speak to the pest service they provide (although I guess the other reviews speak to that), but they were really nice guys and very quick to send us prep advice. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. Available, responsive and thorough service. They took over when another company failed to adequately eliminate the bed bugs after two treatments. Their service was vastly more intensive and half the price. Bed bugs are now gone. Sorry I did not start with this company first.

I would not use anyone but Alpha they are very good at what they do. The gentleman that comes to my home is very kind and professional. He knows what he does and if I have any questions he answers them. If you think you have a place that needs extra attention he checks it out for you.
