It’s really sad that I have to mark one star for this rating -to my own opinion management in this location should be supervised by the authorities of Florida abusive hot line -the person who is managing this location is verbally, mentally and worst of all psychologically abusive and very unmannered / please as family members of the ones staying at this location: supervise your family members at all time (don’t let the creep from this location management handle them and manipulate them too) personal advise to the community-

Ranny Wiggins-Don’t call this Afro American lady a manager she’s very mean -Super Extremely Rude-to everyone she doesn’t have any consideration for others and treat you like trash she loves to form accusations against you and praise her self , she lives in the property and treats others with no respect, everyone fears her and they don’t like her attitude but their too afraid to speak up to inform her abusive behavior

So we say does gig application a fraud to earn money- in the crisis of a pandemic- was shoving residents out in a pandemic time a fair case ? Especially with illness? Can you really call someone a thief or a fraud if you live here at Eustis Villas? But the maintenance person was really in the helping everyone in the property not the so called office manager who spends all her time no where, and doesn’t know how to calculate her numbers!! Rainy Wiggins needs to know how to deal with residents not mistreat them!!

This lady calling her self rainy or what ever, in this complex of apartment which she claims management/ was always out in the time of the crisis pandemic, never their for the tenants needs, from Thursday to Tuesday in her own activities and away from Eustis Villas apartment, when someone needed something she was never there, claiming the pandemic time does not permit her from reaching the tenants for help, only the maintenance person was there for them, yet you informe this to the administration of Eustis Villas and they allow her to get away with this type of benefit time in her own side none working hours, always leaves everything in the calculation of income for the last days of the month and bringing her own confusion toward income calculation, because she’s awful calculating percentage of simple math, this lady rainy wiggins does not reason problems with the tenants rather she acts against them, and every comment you try to expose about her dealing mistakes she hides them from the public / keep a close eye on this kind of person she’s not into friendly attitude with whoever stays here
