The Clock Shop is where u take ur antique clock, or cuckoo clock for repair, or tune up. U know, that clock u cherish, that dings the wrong time. The owner is awesome, a professional. She also has some really unique clocks for sale. The Clock Shop is not cheap, but neither is your grandfather clock.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took our cuckoo clock in for repair on 2/25. The owner told us it would be 4-5 weeks. Jun 1st I called for an update. The owner told me she couldn’t find our clock. We stopped by that day and she still couldn’t find it. Next day, same thing, can’t find it. Friday she tells me she “ thinks “ she gave it to another customer without a ticket stub who is now n Virginia!!! The owner of this business has shown no urgency or concern with our loss. Unfortunately this business is not BBB affiliated. If you need your clock repaired, please use another business. P.S….and our clock is still broken
