IF I COULD GIVE THIS S* HOLE 0 STARS I WOULD! Top 5 worse apartments in Daytona and it’s not #5! Highly wouldn’t recommended if they were giving units away free! Worst management, horrible communication, and the worker’s in the office don’t wanna resolve issues and wanna beat you mad about what’s wrong! Just don’t move here, go across the screen or on LPGA as high as rent is for such low key ancient appliances DONT SETTLE for LAKE FORREST! Again, don’t move here biggest mistake as you can tell they’re rated two starts and by the reviews they are VERY REAL! And not to mention there were not ONE but TWO police raidings in less than a year. All in all, don’t move here.
