Just another company trying to scam people it’s a shame these ppl put something for $140 on my credit that’s now stopping me from finding a place to live and I’ve never even lived here. Be careful they’ll just ruin your credit with no cause to do so. This is not the way any business should operate. Don’t give them your hard earned money just to fall victim to their scam.

I told the leasing agent I just move here starting new job was told I need job offer letter with salary which my hr gave to me but it didn't have company letter head on it so the leasing agent (who was very nice at first)stated I needed one that didn't look like it was made up WOW but I liked the apt so I figured she was having a bad day and so i got one with company letter head and then I was told I needed 3 pay stubs from last job which i couldn't access this was after I had paid over $200 I was told I needed bank statements which shows net not gross told I didn't qualify I make 3 times the rent scammed The manager who had been off never came out of office to talk to me apt very nice 5 minutes from work totally disrespected and offended and scammed maybe I was spared trouble with this place later lesson learned.

I moved into this apartment complex in Dec 2021 and the problems began from the very day I moved in. The front gate has not been working since the very day I moved in. The washer and dryer constantly go out of order due to "balancing the load" and when I asked for maintenance for service the office staff told me this is not considered an emergency so they will service when they can. No time frame was given on when they would arrive, and they suggested I use the laundry room which I would have to use my own debit card to pay for even though they charge a rental fee for the washer and dryer of and additional $35 a month. When I originally asked the office staff member how to use/pay for the laundry room service she told me she wasn't sure even though she has worked in this complex since the day I moved in over 8 months ago. I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for using additional forms of payment on top of the rental fee and I was told a manager would call my cell directly, no phone call was received at all. In the first month of moving in my dog got a flea infestation from their dog park which is not treated for fleas and ticks, then I had a roach infestation which took a week and a half for someone to arrive. I called to follow up on pest control coming to treat my apartment and was told the staff made an error and didn't place me on the list for service, then the next week when they still did not arrive, I was told the pest control company made a mistake and didn't service my apartment, so I took two days off work on two separate weeks for no one to arrive. I do want to state that the three men who are Maintenace do an amazing job however the office staff (excluding Athena who is helpful and amazing but can't do everyone's job there) is completely unknowledgeable of the apartment workings, and it is unacceptable and unprofessional.
