White House Loft

The White House Loft hosted my baby shower and while it was a beautiful space, the stipulations of the contract were far from worth the stress it created for my decorating team. My husband and I decided to pay for extra time because the venue refused to open earlier to give our team time to setup/decorate. There was a total of an hour to set up and then an hour to breakdown not nearly enough time to decorate the entire venue in time before guest arrived. My guest count was 100 which included my vendors (DJ, Event Planners, Bartender) however excluded her venue staff. There was also security counting the guest arriving but not the guest as they were leaving out the venue. Also, if you go over the number of guests on your count your event is TERMINATED. We fortunately had family/friends who were unable to make it and didn’t get our event terminated but that looming over our heads was not fun at all especially learning this the week of the shower. Lastly out of our $325 security deposit $125 was taken out for a damaged chair and when the owner sent the video my guest was sitting in the chair (not dancing or moving erratically) when you hear the chair crack underneath her. So, for one chair that did not crack due to irresponsible behaviors of my party we only received $200 of our security deposit. Overall, I would not recommend White House Loft as the owner is just not a pleasant person to work with and for the cost of the space there should be more flexibility in setup/breakdown times.

The White House Loft..was something special ..loved all of it..beautiful space.. Staff was amazing and friendly. I will definitely do business with the Loft again. Thanks for the great this experience I will remember my birthday forever.

I went to a 60th birthday party here. I was so impressed that I want to give my Christmas birthday party there. The space is beautiful clean and large. It is set up beautifully and I love the white couches and the dining area. Being Black owned was the icing on the cake.

This is a very nice event space! It's a Blank Canvas concept, so decorations can take any direction for a themed event. I was there on August 7th, 2022 for a friend's Baby Shower!
