I called Largo Locksmith to come to the long term health facility I work at to get a quote to have several doorknobs re-keyed and start a master key program, the person who came to quote the job refused to put on a mask and said we could find another company to do business with. I work in health care and although I dislike wearing a mask as much as anyone we do it for the safety of our residents. I hope the owner of Largo Locksmith is aware of their sales team practices.

If you’re a small business and need to have locks re-keyed, don’t bother reaching out to this company. We had our locks re-keyed with them last week. Upon testing before tech left, our main lock was sticking. He worked a little more to what seemed like he “fixed” his problem, told us all was well and went on. Next day we arrive to unlock shop and lock does not work. Called and called with no answered or return calls. This was last Friday, we’re finally able to break ourselves in and they call about 4 hours later. Come and “fix” the problem again but now saying they prefer to rebuild the lock but want us to pay for their errors. Now arriving this morning to not being able to get in again and managed, Mark continually telling us to call if he doesn’t answer has not answered any calls this morning. Locked out of our business and losing money. Will they help, probably not. Steer clear if you need reliable help and a reliable locksmith.

Had locks to building re-keyed. Twice now have been locked out of building unable to work. Takes days to return voice messages. Extremely frustrating.

Largo Locksmith are stand up guys! They found a fuel card that belonged to my company in a local restaurant parking lot. They took the time to verify all info and mail the card back to me! I appreciate them saving me a lot of hassle. Thanks guys!
