Never rent from here! Worst location ever! I rented here and the vehicle was filthy. Empty water bottles between the seats, dust and airborne particles on the floor, dash, dog hair all over the seats, etc. I took it upon myself to clean the vehicle out and returned it better than how I found it. When I dropped it off, my account was hit with a cleaning fee. Also, the lady behind the counter with her so called “step son” that runs it, is a liar and a thief. They continuously tried to charge my account. I called customer service and they had no idea where the extra charges even came from. I had to dispute the transactions and get my money back. Never rent from this place! They have the worst customer service and expect to stay in business. My attorney is handling this as I speak. Save the headache and pay Enterprise. They definitely won’t be in business any much longer.

I’ve had several problems renting. The person who owns this place is not good with customers what so ever. I travel for work across the U.S. and have never came into complications with budget or AVIS except here. My credit card was ran and the strip was damaged and needed to be run up manually. The person declined, stating that they will have to explain themselves to corporate if they ran it again. I’ve already called budget about this matter and will make sure this gets fixed.

Each time I’ve rented a vehicle, Kathy has been the representative I’ve dealt with. She goes over and beyond to help me from face to face interactions to my sometimes random phone calls. There have been some times where I’ve realized last minute that I need a rental and she makes some great magic happen to accommodate that.
