Pho 51 is simple Vietnamese food. Essentially the menu is pho only with 2 special soups reserved for Saturday only and Sunday only. If you’re lucky to stop by on a weekday, definitely try the spring rolls. Fresh and accompanied by a delicious peanut sauce. The service is quick and food is delicious. Generous portions and very flavorful. There’s indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful mural painted on the side of the building.

Today was the perfect day for Bún Bò Huế breakfast outdoors at Pho 501. As always, the Bún Bò Huế was terrific. While it was a simple meal, the service was friendly and attentive; just perfect!

We take our covid practices seriously. We have hand sanitizers on deck as soon as you walk in. We provide curbside service and for our dine in our tables are 6 ft apart. Employees and customers are all require to wear a mask. We Sanitize each table after use as well as bathrooms. In addition, we have our employees sanitize the doors or any handles that customers might use. We take seriously in keeping our restaurant with the 50% capacity rule.
Really? oh man, if that is true we need to address that concern.
There is way better pho in this state buddy...
