I am freight broker and Central has caused me more pain with customers than any other carrier. This week we were told every morning by the dispatch office that our freight would be delivered that day only to be left waiting with no update or explanation. Do not book with this carrier unless there is no timeline for your shipment. Schedule your shipment at least a week before you need pickup, and allow for a 2 week late delivery.

My package was marked as delivered despite me never receiving it. I spoke to 2 different reps who were both nasty and rude. This place is very ghetto...would NOT recommend!

I had to call and schedule delivery because they did not contact me, they scheduled 10-12 on Friday so I waited till 2:00. I called them when it never showed up for them to tell me they rescheduled it for following week. Horrible customer service!!!

Not a very welcoming company at all. At least not this location. Very old and dark building, nasty floors and chairs. You would think a company this size can afford a little up keep. I left after an interview (if thats what you want to call it) and never looked back.
